On 18 September 2021, Tsavliris despatched the T/B "DIONYSIOS Z" (BHP 5,220 – BP 65), in conjunction with tug operator Messrs Zouros, from Thessaloniki to the assistance of the Bulk Carrier "LEVANTES" (GT 40,008 - DWT 76,015) which had been seriously damaged as a consequence of collision with the Bulk Carrier "CLIPPER COMO" (GT 24,118 - DWT 37,300) off Lemnos Island, Greece. During the incident the vessel was en route from Russia (Novorosisk) to Egypt (Port Said) laden with 70,000 tonnes of wheat while the "CLIPPER COMO" was en route from Morocco to Turkey, laden with rock phosphate. The BC "LEVANTES" proceeded to Chalkis shipyard, Greece, under her own power, unassisted, while the BC "CLIPPER COMO" was towed to Bozcaada southern anchorage, Turkey.
